Da bismo za isto vreme dostigli današnju Poljsku, odnosno zaposlenost veću od 70% i prosečne plate od oko 900 evra, potreban nam je rast od 5-6%. Takvog, ubrzanog razvoja nema bez dubinskih promena u strukturi privrede, u korist privatnog sektora, naročito domaćih firmi, koji jedini može da obezbedi produktivne poslove i dinamičan rast. Da bi ta transformacija bila uspešna, neophodan nam je plan razvoja, sa jasnim i realnim prioritetima šta i kako treba da uradimo za pet, za deset i više godina a koji naša država još uvek nema.
