Čarobna formula „fleksibilnost i mobilnost“ radne snage, koja je u uslovima digitalne ekonomije obećavala poslodavcima da će umesto stalnog, privremenim zapošljavanjem obezbediti kvalitetne a jeftine radnike, a radnicima u zamenu za izgubljenu socijalnu sigurnost nudila mitsku mogućnost da svako radi koliko i kada hoće – prošla je u praksi kao alhemičarski pokušaj pretvaranja olova u zlato. Najveći gubitnici su radnici, posebno mladi, koji uz privremene poslove vode i privremeni život, bez mogućnosti da bilo šta dugoročno planiraju. Istovremeno, ekonomska statistika pokazuje da što je jača privreda to je manje privremenog zapošljavanja, i obrnuto.
