Bulgarian REIT FairPlay Properties turns to non-cons net profit in 2012

SOFIA (Bulgaria), January 29 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT) FairPlay Properties [BUL:6F3] said on Tuesday it swung to a non-consolidated net profit of 1.68 million levs ($1.15 million/859,000 euro) last year from a net loss of 2.02 million levs in 2011.
