Croatian retailer Plodine plans to convert earnings into capital

ZAGREB (Croatia), February 8 (SeeNews) – Croatian retailer Plodine said on Friday it will seek the backing of its shareholders to raise its capital by 40 million kuna ($7.06 million/5.3 million euro) to 130 million kuna through the reinvestment of earnings.
