Romania’s foreign debt rises to 99.21 bln euro at end-2012

BUCHAREST (Romania), February 12 (SeeNews) – Romania's foreign debt totalled 99.21 billion euro ($133 billion) at the end of December, up from 98.72 billion euro at the end of 2011, the central bank said on Tuesday.
