Slovenia’s Istrabenz closes sale of 51% Instalacija stake to Petrol

LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), February 12 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's Istrabenz [LJE:ITBG] said on Tuesday it has completed the transfer to local energy company Petrol [LJE:PETG] of its 51% stake in Instalacija, a Koper-based firm for the storage and handling of petroleum products.
