ECDC delays Romanian shopping mall extension

BUCHAREST (Romania), February 4 (SeeNews) – Isle of Man-based European Convergence Development Company (ECDC) said the construction of an extension to Romanian Era shopping park, in the northeastern city of Iasi, has been delayed.
