Austria’s Strabag to squeeze out Montenegro’s Crnagoraput

PODGORICA (Montenegro), January 21 (SeeNews) – Austria’s Strabag said it plans to place a squeeze-out bid for the stake of 5.01% in Montenegrin road construction company Crnagoraput [MNG:CPUT] it does not already own.
