Romania’s Romgaz mulls cap hike

BUCHAREST (Romania), January 14 (SeeNews) – Romanian state-controlled gas producer Romgaz said it plans to raise its share capital by 354,580 lei ($105,500/80,400 euro) via an in-kind contribution from the state.
