BELGRADE (Serbia), January 25 (SeeNews) – Serbia's mining and spatial planning minister Milan Bacevic said the government is not planning to take out a loan for the construction of the projected Belgrade-Thessaloniki navigable canal but when the time comes an appropriate format of project financing will be found.
