Moody’s downgrades city of Zagreb to Ba1, outlook negative

ZAGREB (Croatia), February 2 (SeeNews) – Moody's Investors Service said it has downgraded the city of Zagreb's issuer rating to Ba1 from Baa3 while the rating outlook remains negative.
