Serbia’s NIS shareholders set to vote on dividend proposal in June

BELGRADE (Serbia), January 15 (SeeNews) – Serbian oil and gas company NIS expects that its shareholder will vote in June on a proposal to pay out dividend from its undistributed profit for 2012, the company’s CEO Kiril Kravchenko said on Tuesday.
