Bulgaria’s Litex Commerce bids for controlling stake in Hellenic Sugar Industry

SOFIA (Bulgaria), February 4 (SeeNews) – Bulgaria's Litex Commerce has submitted a binding offer for the acquisition of an 82.33% stake in Hellenic Sugar Industry currently held by Greece’s ATEbank, the bank said.
