Croatia’s Uljanik shipyard places binding bid for peer 3. Maj

ZAGREB (Croatia), February 8 (SeeNews) – Croatian shipyard Uljanik [ZSE:ULJN-R-A] said on Friday it has submitted to the country's economy ministry a binding offer for the takeover of the shares of state-controlled peer 3. Maj [ZSE:3MAJ-R-A].
