ExxonMobil, Petrom grant Romgaz 10% option on offshore Romanian block

BUCHAREST (Romania), February 13 (SeeNews) – ExxonMobil Exploration&Production Romania Limited (EMEPRL) and OMV Petrom [BSE:SNP] have signed an agreement to grant Romania's Romgaz the option to participate in petroleum operations in the deeper water portion of the Midia Block in the Black Sea offshore Romania, Petrom said on Wednesday.
