Poland’s Libra Capital invests 17.2 mln zloty (4.1 mln euro) in Bulgarian renewable energy sector

SOFIA (Bulgaria), February 13 (SeeNews) – Poland-based investment firm Libra Capital S.A. said it has acquired all the shares of Bulgarian firm Geotherm Energy EOOD for 17.2 million Polish zloty ($5.6 million/4.1 million euro) from Cyprus-based Spilarto Ltd as part of investment in the Bulgarian renewable energy sector.
