Serbian transport min says Alpine to complete Dimitrovgrad bypass by end-2014

BELGRADE (Serbia), February 13 (SeeNews) – Austria's Alpine should complete certain components of the Dimitrovgrad bypass by the end of 2013 while the whole ringroad section should be ready by the end of 2014 as works have been slowed down due to unforeseen circumstances, the Serbian transport ministry said.
